Neurodivergent-Affirming Therapist for AuDHD, Borderline, Kinky, Polyamorous, and Parentified Adults

I support those labeled as too intense, not enough, or “doing it wrong”.
I’m a non-binary queer Ukrainian immigrant living in Bay Area, California. After immigrating to the United States at eleven, I’ve spent most of my life moving between cultures. That in-between experience has influenced how I think about identity, belonging, and the feeling of not fully matching what others expect. In my family, I became the one who examined and untangled intergenerational trauma, so pursuing a career in the helping professions felt like a natural step.
Who I work with:
- neurodivergent folks needing support
- parentified adults tuning into their needs
- people living with borderline personality disorder
- trans individuals navigating transitioning
- LGBTQIA+ individuals
- kinky folks who are looking for support without judgement
- polyamorous individuals, couples and moresomes
You don’t have to mask here!
Whether you’re neurodivergent, figuring out how to regulate emotions from day to day, navigating relationships outside the norm, or still learning how to prioritize your own needs — you shouldn’t have to translate yourself for your therapist. Let’s talk about what support could look like for you.

Ready for therapy where you don’t have to explain yourself?
I work with individuals, couples, and moresomes. Whether you are looking to navigate an overwhelming situation or have deep inquiries to explore, I will be your collaborator on the journey.
My approach draws from a range of therapeutic frameworks, including DBT, CBT, Psychodynamic therapy, Person-Centered therapy, and Narrative Therapy. Rather than following one single method, I tailor the approach to fit you — pulling in practical tools when you need concrete skills, deeper exploratory work when you’re ready to unpack long-standing patterns, and space to reframe and reclaim your own story when that’s what serves you most.
You’re not alone looking for therapy to help deal with…
+ trying to get to know yourself as you’re unmasking AuDHD
+ learning how to find your footing through CPTSD symptoms
+ feeling lost and insecure while opening up your relationship
+ wanting space to figure out how to navigate kink without being pathologized
+ struggling to connect because you’re used to being hyper-independent
+ not knowing where you end and others begin
+ guilt and anxiety when you think about taking time for yourself
+ wanting nonjudgemental support with Borderline Personality Disorder
+ overextending yourself to support others and experiencing caretaker burnout
